Hi there, my name is Luis an e-shopper since I can remember. I really enjoyed your article as the main topic, human connection, is something lacking all around marketplaces in the internet. It is totqally true that conversations should be an important part of the business handling, as it allws you to gain background knowledge on product, seller/buyer and at last the fact that you can create a relationship more tha just a simple good exchange. Loved you article and whenever you find a market place where you can actually interact with people, please notify me. It is sad the lack of connection that one has among e-shopper, keeping in mind we all have more than 'goods' to offer. I'm in a quest to find a better marketplac, been around some but that exact feeling (the lack of interaction) is what I don;t enjoy, because these marketplaces don;t let you expose you and your products or store the way they really are. They limit you in many ways. Hope we can keep the contact. Regards,
